DRR ATV Parts offers domestic shipping via UPS sometimes USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation on all orders. Please be advised that we reserve the right to alter shipping method as we see fit. The confirmation that you receive from DRR ATV Parts can only be used to verify when a parcel has been delivered, and is not used to track packages en route.

  • All orders placed on weekdays will be processed within 48 hours. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. No delivery on Saturday by UPS.
  • All orders will be shipped in our preference UPS first USPS second
  • Priority Mail packages take about 5-7 business days to arrive at locations inside the United States.
  • Packages being delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some small or rural towns may take a few more days to arrive.
  • We can ship to Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses as well for the same cost using USPS Priority Mail.
  • We are not responsible for missing, damaged or broken items.
  • For USPS shipping you have the option of buying shipping insurance if you do not and it is lost or damaged you will need to repurchase the item we are not responsible for any damages or missing items if you purchase insurance read below. 
  • Upon receipt it is your responsibility to inspect all items for damage and make a claim immediately with the carrier not us. We will help you with this process parts will not be replaced if damaged in route until UPS or USPS compensates us or you for the damages. If you wish to create a new order for the damaged parts you may do so at your expense. This will be treated as a separate order and charged as such.
  • USPS orders experience a range of delivery times. Most orders are delivered quickly but USPS delivery time depends on distance and internal USPS factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed. However, USPS delivery can take as long as 14 days, regardless of destination. If your order has not arrived 14 days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us by e-mail.
  • Our full filment policy is unless you state otherwise in you transaction notes all orders from our website will ship using the following process all of your items that are in stock will ship immediately. Those items which are not available at the time of the order will be shipped separately and you will be charged a per shipment fee for that shipment. If you wish to wait to receive all of your items at once and save money by shipping make sure you note that in your invoice under other information. Thank you

Your order will be shipped to the address that was given.

If a package is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee to have the order shipped again. Otherwise, the order is treated as a return and the 20% processing fee applies.

If you are shipping a gift, please let someone know a package will be coming so it will not be refused. If a package is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment and the return shipment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.


Electrical items ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR ANY REASON. All merchandise purchased from DRR may only be returned or exchanged within 7 days, unused and in original condition, for a full credit towards future purchases less shipping, unless it was the result of our error. You are also responsible for return shipping. Any errors will be corrected via ground shipping only, no overnight shipping for any reason unless paid for by the customer. You will be charged for all items until returned. Therefore if you wish to receives the replacement parts prior to the return your account will be charged until the item is received as a return. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns! If your product has been used, or if your product has been returned without its original packaging, we cannot issue a refund. You are responsible to ensure fitment of the products and manufatures change specifications on items often you must make sure prior to ordering it is the correct size or item for your application.

To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 3 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which should be obtained within 3 days of receipt of your order. Note: we reserve the right to deny any request for a return. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be issued a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact DRR ATV Parts Customer Service via e-mail, Monday through Friday, 10AM - 5PM EST. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.

Return Procedure:
  • Obtain your RMA# within 3 days of receipt of your order via e-mail.
  • All products, sets and replacement parts must be in their original packaging.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
  • Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.
